For the recovery of ₹10 the telecom will charge within 24hours the sum of ₹12 . If you have not recharge your mobile within this time the telecom will deduct remaining balance till ₹12 and when you will recharge mobile the company will detect the remaining.
for e.g. You have ₹1 balance you have taken loan and you have used ₹9 balance.then telecom will deduct ₹2 balance after 24 hours and when you recharge your mobile ₹3 will be deducted from account balance.
